East Green meet with Jack Abbott, MP (Ipswich) to discuss all things Renewable
Last week, Jack Gawthrop from East Green Energy had the opportunity to meet with Jack Abbott MP (Ipswich) and Phillip Ainsworth, CEO of the Suffolk Agriculture Association, to discuss the vital role renewable energy will play in Suffolk’s future using Trinity Park as an example of Solar PV we have installed in the past.
With the Suffolk Show fast approaching—and an expected 90,000 visitors—it was a timely moment to highlight how clean energy can strengthen the resilience of local businesses by cutting energy bills and reducing carbon footprints.
Jack Gawthrop’s key message was clear: solar energy has never been more affordable. It’s helping businesses become more resilient, lowering operational costs, and creating valuable local jobs.
As a Suffolk-based business with over 20 years of experience in solar PV, we’re proud to contribute to the conversation on how our region can lead the way in sustainability.
We’re excited to continue these important discussions at the Suffolk Show and beyond.
