How we work
We’re a very heads-on, hands-on team.
- Contact us by phone or email and we’ll talk through your requirements,
supplying additional information as appropriate.
- In most cases, a site visit is necessary to check out feasibility and for us to draw up accurate
proposals.
- If there are likely planning issues, we’ll talk through these too and, once a costed proposal
has been agreed, help where we can to secure a timely resolution.
- Once we have supplied you with the information you need to make your decision, we’ll do
exactly that – leave you to decide. We’ll just look forward to hearing from you.
- We’ll do our best to ensure that the installation is undertaken when convenient for you.
- Our team are available throughout to answer any queries. We’ll talk you through the
operation instructions following installation, and full written instructions and explanations of
the equipment with you for reference.
For installations attracting government incentive payments, we arrange the necessary certificates / reference
numbers for you to pursue your claim and are happy to give guidance to smooth out this procedure.
7. Following installation, the East Green Energy team remain at your service. Should your
system need adjustment as it settles down, we’ll come and sort it out. We are always at the
end of a phone to answer queries and help as appropriate.
